Okay, it's dooone...! *0*? No, it's not. _^_ It's only half of what I wanted to say. T_T I didn't even get to the basic info and tips!! D: Please wait a little while longer for them...! T_T
Anyway... I think I won't finish it so soon, so I just wanted to show you what I've got. <3;; I hope this part alone will be usefull too... If you want to start painting right away - just one more tip from me: Start with the pencil sketch, then do colours, and leave the lineart for the end! >w< Of course you don't have to, but it's much easier this way and it looks better at the end. <3

So, see you next time, I will try to finish it as soon as possible!! >w< (I spent more than 11 hours on doing this part... @_@' )
thank you very much for this! I'm just a beginner when it comes to watercolors, but this helped me learn more about the steps on how to do watercolors-- especially the basics! so btw, this is a good tutorial
Ah, sorry. It's called "Karmański", but I think it's only sold in my country... and anyway, it went out of production a few years ago, so now you can only get a similar brand from Russia. I don't know the brand's name though - we call them russian watercolours. xD' It's based on honey and gum arabic, if I'm not mistaken...
I love this tutorial! I happened to find it, and I just started with watercolors so these techniques are really handy. What kind of paper do you use? Do you think it matters how big it is?
